Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original iGirl World tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
